Guro Mike will train you one on one to make sure you are performing the right techniques correctly. There are also opening for small group training upon request. These trainings may go on your own pace.

WHAT WE TEACH

We are an Official Carlos Machado Association Affiliate Chapter. We focus on learning how to grapple and utilize submission holds while on the ground. We derive much of our training from Professor Brad Scott of Machado Jiujitsu. Derived on fitness methods designed to train muscles from every angle and to help burn fat and build lean muscle. For Personal Training we use kettlebells, calisthenics, and agility-building training methods to get people into shape.
